EXTRA PATROLS

The Quincy PD can provide extra patrols at a citizen's request.  This could include extra patrols of their residence and it could also include areas of concern with traffic problems or increased criminal activity.  Read more...

The Quincy PD has officers specially trained in gang intelligence.  Officers can provide training and education on what to look for in your children or students, strategies on gang prevention, and much more.  Read more...   

RIDE ALONG PROGRAM

The Quincy PD offers a ride-along program to citizens interested in experiencing Police Department life behind the scenes.  Participants are subject to a background check and must sign a waiver.  If you are under the age of 18, the waiver must be signed by your parent or guardian.  Read more...

POLICE DEPARTMENT TOURS

If you would like a brief tour of our facility, please call the Police Department to make arrangements.  Tours are tailored to the age group in attendance.  We welcome citizens to come and meet the officers, check out the patrol cars, and become familiar with their Police Department.  Read more...

CAR SEAT EDUCATION

The Quincy Police Department can provide education regarding booster seats and car seats.  Have your car seat checked by a trained car seat technician at the Quincy Police Department.  For more information or to schedule and appointment, please call the Quincy PD at (509) 787-4718.

ANIMAL CONTROL

The Quincy PD provides animal control and enforcement services to the City of Quincy.  We also contract with the local animal shelter for adoption services.  For animal control, contact the Police Department at (509) 787-4718.  For pet adoption services, please call the shelter at (509) 787-8010.
